Complete your experience with the Immersive Sound and Sensory Treatment, a 60 minute personalised treatment in our new Forest Serenity Suite. Designed to restore balance to both mind and body, the experience uses carefully curated sound and subtle vibration to quieten the mind, ease tension and gently enhance awareness, leaving you feeling deeply relaxed and re centred.
