Coming soon to Woburn Forest, our Immersive Sound and Sensory Treatments will be delivered in the Forest Serenity Suite -  a new and unique space where advanced wellness technology meets the tranquillity of nature. Designed to help you fully switch off, this innovative therapy combines peaceful surroundings with tailored 22 or 60 minute sessions, guiding you into a state of deep relaxation.

At the heart of the treatment is sound and vibration therapy, helping to calm the mind, ease tension and restore balance. Developed with neuroscientists and wellness experts, each session is designed to activate the body’s natural relaxation response.
