Discover a range of free Wellbeing Sessions, available to all of our spa guests. These staff led sessions focus on self-care, relaxation and overall health and wellbeing. They each take place multiple times a day, so you can find a session to suit you.

  

Spa Discovery Sessions

Join our skincare experts for a Spa Discovery Session. Our trained staff will share wellness tips and advice on skincare routines, interactive demonstrations of how to apply products, beauty advice, special offers and more. 

Spa Discovery Sessions are free as part of a Forest Spa Day or Forest Spa Break, and are available at all Aqua Sana Forest Spa locations.

  

Sleep Sessions

Sleep is one of the best healers for both mind and body. This period of rest allows your body to perform essential maintenance on everything from your memory and immune system to hormones and healing. However not everyone finds it easy to have a restful night of sleep. In our Sleep Sessions you can learn how to relax your body and calm your mind, as our therapist takes you on a journey to a peaceful, restorative sleep. Using guided breathing exercises and essential oils followed by a relaxation ritual – you will be fully prepared for a full night of slumber.

Sleep Sessions are free as part of a Forest Spa Day or Forest Spa Break. They are available at all Aqua Sana Forest Spa locations, and take place within our specially designed meditation rooms.
