To enjoy your Aqua Sana Forest Spa day to the fullest, please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled start time. This gives you plenty of time to check in, collect your robe and towel, and get changed before entering the spa.
Every Aqua Sana Forest Spa Day includes:
- Complimentary robe and towel hire
- Full access to the spa and all nature-inspired spa experiences for the duration of your chosen package
- Access to our free Spa Wellbeing Sessions
Food and drink:
The food and drink included within your package is specified in the package details page upon booking. If you already have a booking, simply refer to the package name in your account or email confirmation
Some Aqua Sana Forest Spa days include a food and beverage offering, which is shown on the dedicated details page of each package. Options vary by package, and may include lunch, afternoon tea or refreshments at Vitalé Café Bar.
The food element included with each package is set and unfortunately cannot be swapped or amended, however we will always endeavour to cater for all dietary and allergen requirements - please just let us know during your visit.
If your package does not include food, you are more than welcome to purchase food at Vitalé Café Bar during your visit.
Some Aqua Sana Forest Spa Day packages include treatments. Each package clearly lists what’s included on its dedicated details page.
If your chosen package doesn’t include a treatment, you can easily customise your spa day by adding one of our indulgent spa and beauty treatments from our menu.
Yes, parking is available on site at all our locations and is free of charge.
Our spas are located within Center Parcs villages, so just follow the brown road signs. After passing through the Arrivals Lodge, you’ll be directed to the appropriate car park. If you are visiting Whinfell Forest, please allow for a 10–15 minute walk along signposted woodland paths to the spa. At our other locations, parking is conveniently located close to the spa entrance.
The minimum age to access Aqua Sana Forest Spa is 14 years old. Guests aged 14–17 must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times.
Please note: you must be 18 years or over to make a booking.
Yes, you’re welcome to bring a book. Many guests enjoy relaxing in our lounges or calming relaxation areas with a good read. Please be mindful of maintaining a peaceful environment for everyone.
All Aqua Sana Forest Spa guests receive a complimentary robe and towel for use during their visit. You’re welcome to bring your own robe if you prefer, but most guests choose to use the one provided.
A spa day is a dedicated period of time focused on rest, wellbeing and self-care. At Aqua Sana Forest Spa, a spa day includes full access to our nature-inspired spa experiences all designed to nurture your body and mind. Many guests choose to add treatments or enjoy dining at Vitalé Café Bar to enhance their spa day experience.
Absolutely. Spa days are a wonderful way to enjoy peaceful, restorative time alone. Many guests visit Aqua Sana Forest Spa solo to unwind, switch off and enjoy a day designed entirely around their own pace.
Session times vary by location and package. Your booking confirmation shows your exact arrival and departure times. Please arrive promptly to make the most of your spa experience.
Robes and a towel are provided for all guests. Footwear is not provided, so we recommend bringing flip flops for your comfort and safety around wet areas. Aqua Sana Forest Spa flip flops are also available to purchase in our Forest Spa Boutiques.

At Aqua Sana Forest Spa, the environment is designed to help you slow down, reset and reconnect with your wellbeing. You’ll discover a variety of heat and water experiences and quiet spaces for relaxation all created to leave you feeling refreshed, restored and rebalanced.
Yes, free Wellbeing Sessions are available to all of our spa guests. These staff led sessions focus on self-care, relaxation and overall health and wellbeing. They each take place multiple times a day, so you can find a session to suit you.
An Aqua Sana Forest Spa Break includes everything you need for a relaxing overnight escape. You’ll stay in one of our stylish Forest Spa Apartments and enjoy unlimited spa access from 9am – 9pm on both your arrival and departure day, plus complimentary robe and towel hire and access to our Spa Wellbeing Sessions.
Your break also includes:
- Welcome refreshments on arrival
- Lunch in Vitalé Café Bar on day one
- A delicious breakfast the following morning
- A £70 voucher to spend on treatments, in the Forest Spa Boutique, at Vitalé Café Bar or toward an evening meal at one of our nearby Center Parcs restaurants
Aqua Sana Forest Spa Breaks are available at Sherwood Forest, Longleat Forest and Whinfell Forest.
A Luxury Aqua Sana Forest Spa Break offers an elevated experience, with an overnight stay in one of our sumptuous Forest Spa Suites which offer direct access to the spa so that you can drift in and out as you please. You’ll enjoy spa access from 9am – 9pm on both days, along with complimentary robe and towel hire and access to all Spa Wellbeing Sessions.
Your luxury break also includes:
- An exclusive 50-minute VOYA Calm Seas treatment
- Welcome refreshments on arrival
- Lunch in Vitalé Café Bar on day one

Luxury Spa Breaks are available at Elveden Forest and Woburn Forest.
Aqua Sana Forest Spa access is from 9am-9pm on both arrival and departure day. Your accommodation for an Aqua Sana Forest Spa break at Sherwood, Longleat & Whinfell with be available from 4pm – 11am.
For those staying on a Luxury Aqua Sana Forest Spa break at Elveden or Woburn Forest, your accommodation will be available from 2pm- Noon.
If you’re staying at Sherwood Forest, Longleat Forest or Whinfell Forest, your accommodation will be available from 4pm, with check-out at 11am.
Guests staying on a Luxury Aqua Sana Forest Spa Break at Elveden Forest or Woburn Forest can check in from 2pm and check out at 12 noon. Even though your accommodation check-in time is later in the day, you are welcome to arrive early and make the most of the spa from 9am.
Treatment options vary depending on the type of Aqua Sana Forest Spa break you book. Spa breaks at Sherwood Forest, Longleat Forest and Whinfell Forest do not include a treatment as standard, but you’re welcome to add one at any time from our full treatment menu.
If you choose a Luxury Aqua Sana Forest Spa Break at Elveden Forest or Woburn Forest, your stay includes an exclusive 50-minute VOYA Calm Seas treatment designed to deeply relax and restore.
You are welcome to use any of the Center Parcs restaurants, or the Restaurant runner service if you fancy a cosy night in. Our concierge team will be in contact around 10 days after booking to discuss this finer detail with you, and they will be happy to book you a restaurant then.
On a Forest Spa Break you’ll stay in one of our open-plan twin or double Forest Spa Apartments which include a range of home comforts, including WiFi and a kitchen area, as well as added luxuries such as a private balcony or terrace – all with peaceful woodland views outside your window.
On a Luxury Forest Spa Break, you’ll stay in one of our Luxury Forest Spa Suites offering direct access into the spa – meaning you can drift in and out as often as you like. Our twin or double suites have a range of luxurious touches including a private balcony, a deluxe bathtub with views of the forest, a television in the bathroom and a Spa Suite concierge – as well as home comforts such as free WiFi and a kitchen/dining area.

Yes, your Aqua Sana Forest Spa access is included until 9pm on both your arrival and departure day. After checking out of your accommodation, you are welcome to stay and continue enjoying the spa facilities for the rest of the day, giving you plenty of time to relax before heading home.
We always recommend pre-booking your spa treatment as early as possible. While some last-minute treatment slots may be available on the day, availability is limited and cannot be guaranteed. Explore our full range of treatments.

When it comes to enjoying our spa experiences, there are some considerations to keep in mind.
Each Aqua Sana Forest Spa has a range of experiences, but heat-based treatments such as saunas, steam rooms, and hot baths should be avoided as they can raise your body temperature, potentially causing dehydration or overheating which can be dangerous for you and your baby. Gently heated outdoor pools are safe to use, but it’s best to avoid massage jets.
While many of our spa experiences do involve heat, with up to 25 spa experiences in each of our locations there are still plenty of areas where you can unwind, relax, and enjoy the calming atmosphere of the forest.
If in doubt, please talk to our spa team and they will help you make the most of your visit. If you are within the first 12 weeks of your pregnancy, we would advise checking with your GP before making a booking.
Yes, both male and female therapists work at Aqua Sana Forest Spa. If you have a preference, please state this at the time of booking and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Yes, all guests receiving spa treatments at Aqua Sana Forest Spa are required to complete a medical questionnaire. Even if you’ve visited before, your health or circumstances may have changed, and we need to make sure we have the most up-to-date information to provide a safe and enjoyable treatment experience.
Yes, in many cases treatments can be adapted to accommodate medical conditions. You’ll be asked to complete a medical questionnaire before your appointment, and your therapist will review this during your consultation. Where possible, we’ll tailor the treatment to suit your needs. However, if a condition prevents us from delivering the treatment safely, we may need to recommend an alternative.

Each Aqua Sana Forest Spa offers up to 25 unique spa experiences, designed to help you relax, unwind, and reconnect with nature. Explore thermal experiences, saunas, steam rooms, heated pools, relaxation areas, and outdoor spa features - all set within a peaceful forest environment.
There are also exclusive experiences at each location, such as the Treetop Sauna at Sherwood Forest, the Forest Cavern at Longleat Forest and the Mineral Room at Woburn Forest.

Yes, all guests at Aqua Sana Forest Spa have access to secure lockers, showers, and complimentary toiletries. Hairdryers are also available in the changing rooms, and water stations are provided throughout the spa to help you stay hydrated during your visit.

All our Aqua Sana Forest Spas have disabled access but the amount you can use will depend on which spa you visit and your personal situation. For example, all of our spa pools have pool hoists and some experience rooms allow full access for wheelchairs, but our team will be able to give you clearer and more specific advice if you know which spa you will be visiting. Yes, Aqua Sana Forest Spa welcomes carers and companions to support guests during their visit. Any charges for additional services or access will apply and can be discussed when you book directly with our Contact Centre team on 03448 266205.
We offer a range of flexible gift vouchers to suit every occasion. You can choose an Spa Day voucher for a full spa day, half-day, or evening twilight session, or a monetary gift voucher that can be redeemed towards a Spa Day or Spa Break, a treatment, retail purchases in our Forest Spa Boutique. Vouchers cannot be used in the Vitalé Café Bar.
Aqua Sana Forest Spa gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. We understand that plans can change, so if you are unable to use your voucher within this period, please contact our team directly to discuss your options.
Yes, they can be purchased here: Spa Days and Spa Breaks | Aqua Sana Luxury Gift Voucher Experiences. You can add a personalised message, and choose for the voucher to be sent by post or straight to your chosen email address.
To use your Aqua Sana Forest Spa gift voucher, just call the Contact Centre on 03448 266 205 and make a booking for your chosen date. We will ask for your voucher code and make the booking – it is as simple as that. Unfortunately, our gift vouchers cannot be redeemed online.
To help maintain a calm, relaxing environment we ask that mobile phones, cameras and other electronic devices are not used inside Aqua Sana Forest Spa. These items can also be damaged by the high temperatures and water in our spa experiences, so we recommend leaving them in your locker during your visit.
For the same reason, we advise avoiding e-readers in the spa. However, we understand some guests may need to use one - for example, those who are partially sighted - and our team will always support where possible.
You can change a Spa Day booking up to 24 hours prior to arrival at a cost of £10 per person. For Spa Breaks, amendments can be made up to 7 days prior to arrival at a cost of £38. You may not, under any circumstances, transfer your booking to anyone without our consent.
If you wish to cancel a Spa Day and can do so at least 30 days before your arrival date, a cancellation charge of £10 per person will apply. If you cancel within 7 - 30 days, you will incur a 50% cancellation payment per person. If you cancel or fail to arrive within 7 days of your arrival date, you will be charged the full payment per person.
If you wish to cancel a Spa Break at least 30 days before your arrival date, a cancellation charge of £38 will apply. If you cancel within 14 - 30 days, you will be charged 50% of the total booking cost. If you cancel or fail to arrive within 14 days of your arrival date, you will be charged the full payment.
If you arrive late for your treatment, we will make every effort to accommodate you. However, please be aware that this may not always be possible due to our therapists availability.
If you arrive late for your Spa Day, you’re still welcome to join us at any however, please note that your experience will end at the scheduled finish time, and we’re not able to extend sessions.

No, you don’t need to be staying at Center Parcs to enjoy Aqua Sana Forest Spa. Our spa welcomes external guests, who can book day spa experiences, treatments, or spa breaks directly.
Yes, free parking is available for all Aqua Sana Forest Spa guests. Each spa is located within a Center Parcs village, and you’ll be directed to the spa car park after passing through the Arrivals Lodge.
If you’re visiting Whinfell Forest, please allow for a 10–15 minute walk along signposted village paths to reach the spa. At all other locations, the car park is conveniently located near the spa. Some sites also offer EV charging points for electric vehicles - please check in advance if you require one.
