Aromatherapy Associates Unwind & Destress

Perfect for times of stress and over-activity, this treatment helps the mind unwind and refocus while alleviating tired muscles, getting you back on track. Inhalation with guided breathing and the application of a double layer of products works to de-stress both the mind and body, soothing a heavy head of stressful thoughts with scalp massage and pressure point techniques. 

Available at Elveden Forest from the 23rd February to the 17th April. 

Things you need to know:

  • Price: £99 per person
  • Duration: 50 minutes. Please arrive 15 minutes before your treatment
  • Minimum age: 18 years

We require all guests to complete a health and safety form when having a treatment, please complete this ahead of arrival.
