Treetop Sauna

Reach new heights with our extraordinary Treetop Sauna, which offers panoramic views over the legendary Sherwood Forest below. Choose your own comfort level within the sauna, and bask in the purifying heat as you listen to the rustling trees and birdsong beyond the window.

Ice Cave

Follow our heat experiences with an invigorating ice-rub, which helps to boost circulation, reduce inflammation, minimise pores and improve mental wellbeing.

Lava Sauna

This intense, dark sauna recreates the look and feel of the earth's fiery core with red light and glowing coal. The hot and dry atmosphere relaxes the muscles and respiratory system, improves circulation and helps to strengthen core immunity.

Volcanic Steam

Nordic Sauna

Take a seat on the aspen wooden benches and enjoy the soothing dry heat, which cleanses the body of impurities by inducing perspiration and opening pores. The floor-to-ceiling window brings the 'wow-factor', offering panoramic views of the pine forest outside.

Let your mind drift away as you float in our heated courtyard pool, surrounded by trailing greenery. Whether the sun’s shining, the stars are twinkling or rain falls gently on the water’s surface, it’s a tranquil and refreshing experience all year round, whatever the weather.

Forest Rain Walk

Harnessing the proven benefits of meridian acupressure, these shower sequences alternate hot and cool water with varying scents, sounds, colours and sensations.

Volcanic Mists

Scandinavian Snug

Snuggle up in a warm blanket and lie back amongst the cushions in our cosy, Scandinavian-inspired garden retreat. Complete with flickering fire pit and woodland views, it's the perfect spot for a moment of quiet contemplation.

Fireside Relax

Forest Meditation

Experience the power of forest bathing in this atmospheric meditation space. Settle back on a soft lounger and gaze up at the magical forest sky as it phases from dusk to dawn to daylight. The perfect place to relax, practice mindfulness or drift off into a doze.

Forest View

Gaze out at panoramic views of the woodland landscape in our Forest View area. Soft cushioned day beds, muted forest colours and wall-to-ceiling windows help you to feel recharged and refreshed after even a brief rest here.

Forest Terrace

Take a seat and curl up amongst the cushions as you gaze out across the forest canopy. Listen to the calming rustle of the trees and the soothing birdsong whilst breathing in the fresh forest air.

Deep Relax

A guest favourite, our cosy water beds are the perfect place for a moment of calm. Snuggle amongst blankets and a fresh towel and sink into the soft bed, letting yourself be rocked to sleep by the gently rippling water beneath your body.
