• 22-minute Stress Relief Perfect - if your mind feels busy and it’s difficult to switch off. This programme helps quiet mental chatter while keeping you present and aware, leaving you feeling calmer, lighter, and mentally clearer. Ideal for first-time users.
• 22-minute Mindfulness - Designed for those who struggle to slow their thoughts or rarely experience true mental downtime. This deeply calming programme guides you into a meditative-like state between wakefulness and sleep, helping create stillness, balance, and a sense of inner calm.
• 22-minute Power Nap - If you’re feeling tired even after sleep, your body may not be reaching the deeper stages of restorative rest. This programme delivers the feeling of hours of deep relaxation in under 30 minutes, helping you feel refreshed, restored, and re-energised.
• 22-minute Awareness & Energy - Perfect for moments when you feel mentally foggy, distracted, or low on energy. Designed to improve focus, clarity, mood, and motivation, this uplifting programme helps refresh the mind and provide a natural mental boost.

• Minimum age: 14 years old
• This treatment is not suitable during pregnancy, or for guests with thrombosis, epilepsy, or a heart device such as a pacemaker.
