Immersive Sound and Sensory Treatment (60-minutes)

The Sound & Sensory Treatment is a deeply immersive wellness experience designed to help you fully switch off, restore balance, and experience deep relaxation in a targeted and effective way. Using immersive sound, gentle vibrations, and soothing wave-like motion, the treatment creates a weightless sensation that helps the body completely let go while calming a busy mind.

Your Treatment:

Set within the new immersive Forest Serenity Suite, the experience surrounds you with recorded sounds from Woburn Forest, while calming scents from luxury skincare brand VOYA deepen the sensory journey and enhance relaxation.

Choose the programme that’s right for you:

• 60-minutes Gentle - If you find it hard to fully switch off, your mind will rarely get uninterrupted time to recover so we recommend the Gentle programme, which allows your body to feel safe enough to slow down, meaning tension softens, breathing deepens and true relaxation can begin. This allows you to press pause on the outside world and give yourself a full hour of calm
• 60-minutes Energy – If you feel mentally drained or distracted, your mind may be overloaded, we recommend the Energy programmes designed to reset your mind and body. This allows your brain to slow down and refresh to feel clearer, more balanced and everyday things such as focus, patience and motivation often feel easier.

Things you need to know:

• Duration: 60 minutes. Please arrive 15 minutes before your treatment
• Minimum age: 14 years old
• This treatment is not suitable during pregnancy, or for guests with thrombosis, epilepsy, or a heart device such as a pacemaker.

We require all guests to complete a health and safety form when having a treatment, please complete this ahead of arrival.
