If one day doesn’t feel quite long enough, our Forest Spa Breaks offer two full days of spa access, an overnight stay, refreshments and more - giving you more time to fully reset and recharge.​

Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

  • In order to qualify for the offer, guests must have completed both the subscription to marketing communications and the registration of their date of birth no less than four weeks prior to their birthday. Guests who subscribe or register their date of birth within four weeks of their birthday shall not be eligible to receive the offer.
  • The offer applies to bookings for a Forest Spa Day or Forest Spa Break taking place within 7 days either side of the guest’s birthday.

2. Offer Details

  • Eligible guests will receive an email approximately 4 weeks prior to their birthday with details of the offer.
  • When redeeming the offer, the eligible guest and all additional guests included in the same booking will each receive one glass of prosecco or a non-alcoholic alternative.
  • The offer is limited to one glass per person and is subject to availability.

3. Redemption

  • To redeem, the eligible guest must present the original birthday offer email received from us at reception on the day of their visit.
  • The offer is only valid for 7 days either side of the guest’s birthday and must be redeemed in conjunction with a qualifying booking.

4. Restrictions

  • The offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other product, service, or monetary value.
  • The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or offers unless otherwise stated.
  • Each guest may only change their date of birth in their online account once a year and only if the original date of birth was entered in error
