Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

  • To qualify for this offer, guests must have both subscribed to marketing communications and registered their date of birth at least four weeks prior to their birthday. Guests who subscribe or register their date of birth within four weeks of their birthday will not be eligible.
  • This offer applies to bookings for a standard Forest Spa Day package only.
  • The offer is valid for spa arrivals within 14 days before or after the lead guest’s birthday.

2. Offer Details

  • Eligible guests will receive an email approximately four weeks prior to their birthday outlining the offer.
  • When redeeming the offer, the eligible guest and all additional guests included in the same booking will each receive a complimentary hot drink and slice of cake.
  • The offer is limited to one hot drink and one slice of cake per person and is subject to availability.

3. Redemption

  • To redeem the offer, the eligible guest must present the original birthday offer email at reception on the day of their visit.
  • The offer is valid only within 14 days before or after the lead guest’s birthday and must be used in conjunction with a qualifying booking.

4. Restrictions

  • The offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other product, service, or monetary value.
  • The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or offers unless otherwise stated.
  • Guests may amend their date of birth in their online account once per year, and only where the original entry was made in error.
