Prices

The prices shown on the website and other communications are subject to change. Exact prices will be confirmed at the time you make your booking.

Spa Breaks with an overnight stay in a Forest Spa Apartment are available at Sherwood Forest, Longleat Forest and Whinfell Forest. You’ll get two full days of spa access, breakfast and lunch in our Vitalé Café Bar plus a £70 voucher to spend on spa treatments, in our Forest Spa Boutique, or towards dining in the village restaurants or Vitale Café Bar.

If you choose a Luxury Spa Break at Elveden Forest or Woburn Forest, you’ll stay in one of our Luxury Forest Spa Suites and get two full days of spa access. Breakfast and lunch in our Vitalé Café Bar is included plus a £70 voucher to spend on spa treatments, in our Forest Spa Boutique, or towards dining in the village restaurants or Vitale Café Bar. This package also includes an indulgent treatment for each guest.

Booking and Payment Conditions

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to book Spa Breaks and a minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required to book Spa Days. All bookings are subject to availability.
  • Full payment by debit/credit card will be required at the time of booking.
  • Refunds are not available where a booking has been made using Spa Day Vouchers.
  • Spa Day Vouchers are valid for up to 24 months from the date of purchase.

Changing your booking

For Spa Days - amendments can be made up to 24 hours prior to arrival at a cost of £10 per person.

For Spa Breaks - amendments can be made up to 7 days prior to arrival at a cost of £38.

You may not, under any circumstances, transfer your booking to anyone without our consent.

You may not advertise, use, give or resell your break or any promotional discount or offer to do so (for profit or otherwise) or use it in connection with a competition, promotion, business and charitable or any other similar venture without our express advance written permission.

Spa Age Restrictions

Guests must be 18 years or over to make a booking

Minimum age to use the spa is 14 years, guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult guest over the age of 18

Treatment Age Restrictions

Body Treatments: 18 years old and over only

Facial Treatments: 18 years old and over only

Treatments in the Express Facial Area: 14 years and over, guests aged 14 – 17 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18

Availability

Whilst we do all we can to ensure that all treatments and experiences are available, there will be times that some are unavailable due to maintenance works and other unforeseen circumstances. We cannot guarantee the availability of all or any particular treatments and experiences.

Photography

Photography used on the website and in promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only.

Photography (still, digital and video) is not permitted in any changing areas within our villages. Only non-intrusive photography of your own party and friends is permitted in our villages and particularly in the Subtropical Swimming Paradise. You may not carry out photography for commercial purposes, publication or similar purposes in any part of our villages.

We regularly take photographs and videos for promotional and training purposes and we occasionally receive requests from TV or other companies to film/photograph on the villages. Please be aware that filming may be in progress during your break. Should you not wish to appear in any such material please notify us on or before your arrival at the village.

Privacy

All the information we collect and hold about you and members of your party will be used in accordance with our privacy policy. CCTV is used on our villages for safety and prevention of crime reasons and in accordance with our privacy policy. The privacy policy is available on our website or upon request.

General Advice

  • Guests are advised not to consume alcohol or a heavy meal prior to using the Aqua Sana Forest Spa facilities
  • Robes will be provided for you to wear in the spa
  • Glasses and contact lenses must be removed prior to treatments and in the spa experiences
  • We recommend that you do not bring any valuables with you
  • Lockers are provided
  • Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is not permitted anywhere in Aqua Sana Forest Spa
  • We reserve the right to ask guests to leave without a refund if their behaviour towards staff or other guests is considered unsuitable in any way
  • Guests are not permitted to use their own herbal or essential oils within the spa.
  • We ask that if a guest feels unwell at any point during their visit to the spa they must leave the experience immediately and seek assistance from a member of staff.
  • Please be aware of the possible side effects following treatments/spa experiences which may include drowsiness, excessive thirst and possible minor reactions to essential oils.
  • We recommend that you enjoy a period of rest and relaxation following our treatments/spa experiences and that you drink plenty of clear fluids. In the unlikely event that you experience any allergic skin reactions please consult with the reception team.

If you have a disability or any particular care requirements, please seek advice at the time of booking and on entry to Aqua Sana Forest Spa to allow us to help you get the most out of your session safely.

Spa Sessions Advice

Swimwear Advice:

Guests are required to wear swimwear within all areas of the spa.

Spa Etiquette:

To maintain a sense of calm, we ask that you do not use your mobile phone, tablet device, any music player or camera anywhere in Aqua Sana Forest Spa.

We love to see guests enjoying themselves at the spa, but please be respectful of noise levels to those wishing to sleep or relax.

Spa Sessions Accessibility Advice:

Please be aware that certain spa experiences have restricted or no access for those with limited mobility. Many of the experiences involve exposure to above ambient temperatures and there may be surfaces within them that are hot which may pose a risk to those who cannot sense changes in surface temperature. Treatment Advice

  • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment
  • A Medical Questionnaire must be completed prior to all treatments
  • During treatments gentlemen must wear swimming trunks or shorts and ladies must wear either briefs or swimsuits. Paper briefs must be worn during body wraps and treatments
  • Glasses and contact lenses must be removed during treatments
  • All jewellery must be removed prior to your treatment
  • Please ensure that you inform your therapist if you are too hot/cold, if your position is not comfortable or the therapist’s pressure is not enjoyable. We will endeavour to adjust or change techniques to suit you
  • Both male and female therapists work at Aqua Sana Forest Spa. If you have a preference, please state this at the time of booking
  • All treatment times take into account preparation, consultation and relaxation.

Pregnancy

Please be aware that many of the spa experiences, treatments and certain express treatments are unsuitable for pregnant guests.

We do have treatments which are specially designed for pregnant women after the first 12 weeks of pregnancy. These can be viewed on the Pregnancy-friendly Treatments web page. Our team will be happy to advise you on how to make the most of your spa visit.

Medical Conditions and Health Concerns

Some of the spa experiences and treatments are not suitable for guests with certain medical conditions or health concerns. In the spa this is due to the extremes of temperature and lighting present within certain spa experiences.

You may not use the spa or receive a treatment from us if you have an infectious disease or skin condition. Please note this includes Express treatments.

If you have any of the following medical conditions or health concerns, please consult your doctor prior to using spa experiences or booking treatments. You may find it helpful to take details of the treatment you wish to have with you to show your doctor:

Spa and Treatments:

  • Heart or circulatory problems
  • High or low blood pressure
  • Diabetes
  • Epilepsy

For Spa Only:

  • Migraines, dizziness, or fainting spells
  • Conditions which affect your body’s ability to react to heat or to perspire
  • Asthma or any chest condition likely to be aggravated by high temperatures
  • Taking prescribed drugs which may affect your circulation or your ability to react to heat
  • Use of prescription drugs which affect the ability to react to heat, including but not limited to antihistamines, vasoconstrictors, vasodilators, stimulants or tranquillisers

For Treatments Only:

  • Deep vein thrombosis (DVT)
  • Recent surgery within the last six months (including Express treatment)

Cancer, Chemotherapy and Radiotherapy

We do have a range of treatments designed specifically for guests who have had, or are currently undergoing, treatment for cancer. These treatments can be adapted to your specific needs and no prior GP/ Consultant approval is required.

Allergies

If you have allergies of any nature, please discuss these with our staff on arrival, and your therapist prior to any treatment.

Dogs/Pets

Aqua Sana Forest Spa guests are not permitted to bring dogs or any other pets onto the premises, including the car park. If you arrive with a dog/pet, you will be turned away at security.

The only exception to this rule may apply to service animals, as per applicable laws and regulations. If you plan to bring a service animal, please notify us in advance so that we can

accommodate your needs. Service dogs will not be allowed into the Forest Spa, however arrangements can be made with the duty manager to allow you to enjoy the spa.

As we continually improve our facilities on our villages you may find that new facilities are on offer and listed facilities are temporarily closed for maintenance and/or improvement.

Driving on the village and parking

  • Guests’ vehicles may not be used within the village unless you are unloading/loading at your accommodation at permitted times or on arrival and departure or travelling to the Hotel or Aqua Sana Forest Spa. All vehicles must be returned to the appropriate car park for your accommodation immediately after unloading/loading.
  • At all times please give way to pedestrians and cyclists, keep to the left and within the 10mph speed limit.
  • Please use great care when driving. Sleepers, boulders, logs and posts are placed to prevent damage to the roadsides and unauthorised parking. No liability is accepted for any damage caused by these markers unless due to our negligence.
  • All vehicles should be parked in specified areas. Vehicular access is required for emergency services and Center Parcs/maintenance vehicles. We will not be liable for any damage caused to your vehicle if it is not parked in a specified area and it obstructs an emergency service vehicle.

Legislation and licensed premises

Center Parcs operates Challenge 25. We shall not serve or sell alcohol to anyone who is, or appears to be, under the age of 18 (and cannot prove they are over 18), or whom we, in our sole discretion, consider to have been drinking excessively. We will accept a photo driving licence, a passport, Military ID Card or a proof of age scheme which carries the PASS logo hologram. We will not serve alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 even where a table meal is served.

Dangerous items

No shotgun, knife, firearm, air weapon, archery equipment, fireworks (including sparklers), illegal substances or similar item may be brought onto any village under any circumstances by you or anyone in your party.

Noise

Military and other aircraft fly over our villages, particularly at Elveden and Whinfell, and military manoeuvres can take place near Longleat and Elveden. You may experience noise from such activities from time-to-time. This is beyond our control.

For bookings at Elveden, Longleat, Sherwood or Whinfell, your contract is with Center Parcs (Operating Company) Limited (company registration number 04379585) and for bookings at Woburn your contract is with CP Woburn (Operating Company) Limited (company registration number 07656412), both of One Edison Rise, New Ollerton, Newark, Nottinghamshire, NG22 9DP

This agreement and any dispute between us will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales over any matter arising out of our agreement or your visit. You may

choose to submit to the law and jurisdiction of Scotland or Northern Ireland if you are resident there. We must both act reasonably in selecting or agreeing any jurisdiction including any forum for dispute resolution.

Should any part of our agreement be deemed by law to be void, the remainder of this agreement will, if capable, continue in full force and effect. The headings in this agreement are included for convenience only and shall not affect its interpretation or construction.

Can we help?

Any concerns or assistance you require should be brought to the attention of a member of staff or to Guest Services immediately. We aim to give prompt assistance to you if you are in difficulty and aim to respond promptly to any concerns you raise so that you can continue to enjoy your break.

Please note that we are not responsible for any matter of which you were aware and which you did not bring to our attention during your visit.

Any reported matter which has not been resolved during your visit should be advised in writing to the Guest Services Executive at Center Parcs Limited, One Edison Rise, New Ollerton, Newark NG22 9DP within 28 days of the end of your visit. In such cases, we will only correspond with the person named on the booking. We will not enter into further correspondence on any matter resolved during your visit and accepted as such by you.
