In these uncertain times, we understand the importance of having something to look forward to, but we also know that you need to be confident that your money and your plans are protected.
That is why if we have to cancel your Spa Day or Spa Break due to a change in government guidance, or if you are personally impacted by COVID-19 or by related government restrictions:
- You can move your Spa Day or Spa Break to a date in the future
- Or we’ll be pleased to offer you a full refund.

At Aqua Sana we have taken all necessary steps to adhere to government guidelines and to help keep all our guests and staff safe. Our spa team will be on hand to ensure you get everything you want and need from your visit.
We hope that this flexibility and assurance gives you the confidence to start counting down to your Spa Day or Spa Break at Aqua Sana.
Spa with confidence
Please keep updated with government guidance and abide by any restrictions in place, including social distancing guidelines. Please note, the Rule of 6 will remain in place until at least 21 June for guests visiting the spa.
We ask that you wear a face covering in indoor areas throughout Aqua Sana – the exception is in the spa experiences area. Please remember to bring your face covering with you.
We’ve provided numerous sanitiser stations throughout Aqua Sana, which should be used by all guests frequently.
NHS Test and Trace
You will be able to use the NHS COVID-19 App to scan the QR code to identify when you have entered Aqua Sana.
If you or a member of your party is feeling unwell or showing any symptoms of COVID-19, we ask that you do not visit Aqua Sana. If you feel unwell during your visit, please contact Aqua Sana reception and they will advise you what to do next.
More space. We have limited the number of guests in our spas.
Keep your distance. Please keep a safe distance of 2m where possible from other guests when you are in Aqua Sana.
Where social distancing is not possible, such as during treatments, at reception desks or till points, our colleagues will be provided with the appropriate equipment, including face coverings and sometimes visors too, in line with government guidance.
Signage and guidance
Watch out for orange. You’ll spot orange signage around Aqua Sana, informing you of the safety measures in place.
One-way systems. Some areas may be operating one-way systems to accommodate social distancing, please adhere to this signage where indicated.
Keeping numbers safe. Some areas may have reduced capacity which will be indicated by our signage. Please do not exceed any capacity restrictions in areas where this is required.
On hand to help. If you need any extra guidance, our Spa Hosts will be on hand to help and advise.
Extra cleaning. Our teams have undergone advanced training to enhance our tried and tested cleaning processes; additional cleaning is being undertaken in all areas of our spas.
Easy payment. Payments must be made via debit or credit cards, or on your mobile phone, via either Google Pay or Apple Pay, which can be contactless up to the value of £500.
Vitalé Café Bar
Vitalé Café Bar will have limited seating to allow for social distancing.
Changing rooms are available but, to speed things up, we advise our guests to arrive with swimwear on underneath their clothing. Unfortunately, showering facilities are not currently available but you will be able to use changing rooms to dry and dress after your visit.
