The prices and charges shown in the brochure and other communications are subject to change. You will be advised of the exact charge when you make the booking and come to pay.

Booking and Payment Conditions

Full payment by debit/credit card will be required at the time of booking. A contract will be entered into between us when your booking is made. Center Parcs' Terms and Conditions of booking, subject to anything stated to contrary on this website, apply to your booking. Availability

Whilst we do all we can to ensure that all treatments and experiences are available, there will be times that some are unavailable due to maintenance works. We cannot guarantee the availability of all or any particular treatments and experiences.

Cancellation

Center Parcs will apply the following charges per person if you cancel your booking.

For Spa Session and Treatments:

For all general activities including Aqua Sana and Spa bookings cancelled up to 24 hours before 9am on your date of arrival and you will receive a full refund, however a 5% cancellation fee will be applied.

For cancellations with less than 24 hours notice no refund will be given.

For Spa Days:

Non-arrival or cancellations advised within 72 hours prior to 9am of your arrival date, will incur full payment. Cancellations advised within 3-7 days of arrival date will incur a 50% cancellation payment. Cancellations advised at least 7 days before arrival will receive a full refund.

Arrival and Departure

Your itinerary will be sent to you prior to arrival. Please bring your booking details with you to the Arrivals Lodge at Center Parcs, who will direct you to Aqua Sana. Guests may use the Center Parcs facilities for the rest of the day, subject to availability.

What to Bring

We recommend that you bring a separate small day bag (a small rucksack is ideal) to take into Aqua Sana when you arrive, including your swimming attire and anything else you would normally need for the day. Robes and towels are provided at Aqua Sana. Please bring your own towel should you wish to use the Subtropical Swimming Paradise. Center Parcs operates a casual dress policy, including for evening dining.

General Advice

o Guests are advised not to consume alcohol or a heavy meal prior to using the Aqua Sana facilities.
o Robes will be provided for you to wear when having treatments and in the Spa Area.
o Glasses and contact lenses must be removed prior to treatments and in the Spa Area.
o We recommend that you do not bring any valuables with you.
o Lockers are provided, which require a ?1.00 coin - returnable after use.

Please be aware of the possible side effects following treatments/Spa experiences which may include drowsiness, excessive thirst and possible minor reactions to essential oils.

We recommend that you enjoy a period of rest and relaxation following our treatments/Spa experiences and that you drink plenty of clear fluids. In the unlikely event that you experience any allergic skin reaction please consult with the Center Parcs Medical Centre.

Spa Sessions Advice

14-17 year olds must be accompanied by a paying adult.

Swimwear Advice

Guests are required to wear swimwear within all areas of the 'World of Spa'. Robes are obligatory at all times within all areas of the 'World of Spa' except whilst in Spa experiences.

Spa Sessions Accessibility Advice

Please be aware that certain Spa experiences have restricted or no access for those with limited mobility. Many of the experiences involve exposure to above ambient temperatures and there may be surfaces within them that are hot which may pose a risk to those who cannot sense changes in surface temperature. If you have a disability or any particular care requirements, please seek advice at the time of booking and on entry to Aqua Sana to allow us to help you get the most out of your Session safely.

Treatment Advice

o Aqua Sana will provide dressing gowns for you to wear within the treatment area. We recommend that during treatments gentlemen wear swimming trunks or shorts and ladies wear either briefs or swimsuits. Paper briefs are available for use during body wraps and treatments.
o Glasses and contact lenses must be removed during treatments.
o You will be advised to remove all jewellery prior to your treatment.
o Please ensure that you inform your therapist if you are too hot/ cold, if your position is not comfortable or the therapist's pressure is not enjoyable. We will endeavour to adjust or change techniques to suit you.

Spa and Treatment

Medical Conditions/Pregnancy

Certain medical conditions can be affected by the Spa experiences (particularly those involving extremes of temperature) and may also preclude you from having some of the treatments available.

If you wish to participate in the Spa experiences or Treatments and suffer from any of the following please consult with your doctor prior to your arrival and obtain written evidence of your fitness to participate. o Aqua Sana will provide dressing gowns for you to wear within the treatment area. We recommend that during treatments gentlemen wear swimming trunks or shorts and ladies wear either briefs or swimsuits. Paper briefs are available for use during body wraps and treatments.

o You are currently receiving radiotherapy or chemotherapy for the treatment of cancer.
o You have had surgery within the last three months.
o You have had a deep vein thrombosis (DVT).
o You suffer from heart or circulatory problems, high or low blood pressure, epilepsy, diabetes or asthma.
o If you suffer from diabetes, epilepsy, migraines, dizziness, or fainting spells.
o Any condition affecting your body's ability to react to heat or to perspire.
o Any chest condition likely to be aggravated by high temperatures.
o Use any drugs which may affect your circulation or your ability to react to heat.
o You have been prescribed antihistamines, anticoagulants, vasoconstrictors, vasodilators, stimulants or tranquillisers.
o If you are currently receiving any medical treatment, which you feel may affect your suitability please consult with Aqua Sana staff prior to booking.
