Overnight Pamper Breaks are available on selected dates. Please call 08448 266266 to check latest availability.
Accommodation, meals and treatments are included in your overnight package as detailed. You will have access to other Center Parcs facilities during your stay, subject to availability and at an additional cost (access to the main pool area is free).
Booking and Payment Conditions
Pamper Break guests must be 21years old. Pamper Day guests must be 18years old to make a booking, however we welcome guests from 14-17, when accompanied by a paying adult.
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for Pamper Day visits and 10 days notice for Overnight Stays.
Full payment will be required at the time of booking with debit/credit cards. Our Contract with you will be formed at the time of booking.
Pamper Day arrival dates may be altered once, however, following this an administration fee of £2 per change of date will be charged.
Refunds are not available for Pamper Day vouchers
Center Parcs Terms and Conditions apply; subject to any amendments noted here. These will be provided to you with your confirmation, or for late bookings, on arrival. They are also available in our brochure or on the Center Parcs website. Please note: clauses 2, 17, 20 and 24-28 of our Terms and Conditions will not apply.

Insurance
We recommend you purchase holiday insurance, which offers cover in the event of cancellation or curtailment. Center Parcs can arrange both cancellation/curtailment and personal insurance. Please note the weekend/midweek rates will apply to Pamper Breaks.
Arrival and Departure from the Village
Please arrive at Aqua Sana by 10am unless your itinerary letter (sent to you by the Village) states otherwise.
Please bring your booking details/completed Pamper Day Pass with you to the Arrivals Lodge on the Village, who will direct you to the Aqua Sana. For Pamper Break guests, your luggage will be taken to your accommodation where necessary; guests will have access to the accommodation from 3pm onwards. Check-out from your accommodation is not until 12noon the following day. Twice weekly ladies only sessions may affect your use of the Spa on arrival- please check when booking.
What to Bring
We recommend you bring a separate small day bag when you arrive to take to Aqua Sana, including your swimming attire and anything else you would normally need for the day. Gowns and towels are provided in your apartment for overnight guests (however please bring your own towel should you wish to use the Subtropical Swimming Paradise). Center Parcs operates a casual dress policy, including for evening dining.
