    Ensure you have enough time in the morning to make yourself look your best. How you start the day will have an impact on the rest of the day. 
     

  3. Take each day as it comes 
    Leave behind anything from the previous day that's hanging around and move on. Don't collect negative feelings. 
     

     

     

  4. Have fun every day
    Do something every day that makes you laugh - have a chat with friends, watch a good film, read a good book. 
     

     

     

  5. Make music part of the day
    Sound creates vibrations which can make you feel better immediately.

    Leave your comfort zone and break your daily routine. Speak to new people, think of new pastimes you may wish to try.

    Take a moment to reflect on the natural world around you and its lifecycles.

    This puts you in a positive frame of mind and helps relieve troubling thoughts. 
     

  9. Plan time to relax
    Aim for at least 30 minutes of time for yourself a day to allow your mind to release tension. 
     

  10. Show appreciation
    Both to those around you and yourself, what you are blessed with and those who help you.
