Cancellation Policies
Treatment Cancellation Policy for Guests Visiting on a Short Break (cancelling treatments only)
If you have to cancel treatments and want a full refund please give us at least 12 working hours’ notice. For cancellations with less than 12 working hours’ notice a refund of 50% of the treatment price will be issued. For cancellations of less than 2 hours’ notice no refund will be applicable.
Pamper Break Cancellation Policy
Non-arrival or cancellations advised within 7 days of arrival will incur full payment. Cancellations advised within 7-30 days will incur 50% payment. Cancellations advised more than 30 days before the arrival date will receive a full refund.
Pamper Day Cancellation Policy
Non-arrival or cancellations advised within 72 hours of arrival date will incur ful payment. Cancellations advised within 3-7 days of the arrival date will incur 50% payment. Cancellations advised more than 30 days before arrival date will receive a full refund.
